Very excited to listen to this. Louis is a king. I don’t know much about his personal life because I don’t really like to get into it. I’ve heard a few songs here and there and I liked them, but I don’t even remember which ones were which, so this will be a great learning experience. Let’s get into it.
Kill My Mind: This is not the sound I expected. I expected pop, but not like this. I know what his voice sounds like, but the way this track started sounded very different. The whininess was very Neutral Milk Hotel almost. But the song has a 2000s vibe to it. It could be in the credits of a fun 2000s action/comedy I think. Or maybe a commercial. It’s a fun song. I am just very overwhelmed and confused.
Don't Let It Break Your Heart: Advice songs aren’t really for me. I appreciate the thought. The sentiment. His heart was in the right place. Maybe because he isn’t referencing himself in the song. I don’t want to call it ingenuine because Louis would never be like that, but it’s how songs like this feel. I do kind of like the outro.
Two of Us: The chorus of this song is very catchy. It’s also a very cute song. Very romantic. I enjoy this song. It’s just really sweet.
We Made It: This song reminds me of something but I don’t know what it is. I like it, though. It has good lyrics.
Too Young: This is gonna make me cry. His voice is so pretty. I really like this song. It’s very good. Proud of Mr. Louis.
Walls: I like the intro music a lot. I love piano. The lyrics are very good. I love the verses a lot. The chorus is fine. It grew on me. Strong 2000s vibes here.
Habit: Very Oasis. I’m a fan of this song. I love the lyrics. He’s a good writer. I definitely like the verses more than the chorus, but the chorus builds as the song goes on so I like it. A song I can reflect on and to.
Always You: I think this is the one I like. It is. This song is so nice. So nice you guys. It makes me so happy.
Fearless: The beginning reminded me of Kids by MGMT. But it went in a very different direction. I like the format of this song. If it had gone on any longer I think I would hate it. It’s nice, though. The lyrics are good.
Perfect Now: This song is so cheesy. The “not every queen wears a crown”. I giggled. But it’s really sweet. Go Louis. Like go Louis. The chorus is actually catchy too. This is the type of song I would hate but I didn’t. That’s iconic.
Defenceless: This song is not grabbing my attention. It’s not bad, but I remain uninterested. Lowkey went to bridge city, though.
Only The Brave: I love the vibe of this song. He sounds so good. If every song sounded like this. Man oh man. Why is it so short? It actually works.

Don’t Let It Break Your Heart
I’m so glad this album worked out for me. It started off a little scary for me. It was a little underwhelming. But then We Made It happened and everything after that was pretty much iconic. I loved the vibe of this album. Gave me early 2000s alternative/rock vibes, along with some Oasis energy too. It was a good fit for Mr. Louis. His songwriting was really good too. This album gets a score of 7.42/10. It really made me happy. bye
