Stars Dance by Selena Gomez Review

This is when Miss Selena left the scene. I was shaking. I was nervous. I still don’t know how I feel. Let’s get into it.

Birthday: This is a fun song and does a great job opening up the album. Here she’s like, “Hi guys I’m different now.”

Slow Down: This is a bop. Should’ve been played on the radio more. That’s just my opinion, though. It’s a good song.

Stars Dance: Very pretty. I like the opening music. Her vocal effects are cool. Makes me feel like I’m floating in the sky a little bit.

Like a Champion: This song is a little much. I really just am here for the bridge and when the bridge is repeated at the end. I like how that sounds.

Come & Get It: This is an amazing song. This was her first real hit. Rihanna rejected. She killed it, though. Happy it exists.

Forget Forever: I love this song. I think it’s about Justin Bieber. It’s kind of sad. The dance music makes it fun, though. I think it’s one of my favorites.

Save the Day: I used to not like this song, but I’ve come around. It’s a fun song.

B.E.A.T.: I do not like this song. Never have. It makes me uncomfortable. I think it gives me secondhand embarrassment. It is a little bit catchy, though.

Write Your Name: This is such a good song I forgot. I don’t know if I can get into it. It’s just good.

Undercover: I love this song. I used to dance to it in my kitchen at my old house. It kinda goes hard.

Love Will Remember: I like what this song is trying to do. It’s supposed to make me a little sad. Maybe it does. I just don’t really like how it sounds. It’s not something I would want to listen to all the way through.

Nobody Does It Like You: I think this song is so underrated. I think everyone needs to hear it. It changed me.

Music Feels Better: I just have never heard something more 2013. It makes me so happy because it’s just so 2013. No other way to describe it.

I kind of forgot how good this album is. I think it needs to be talked about more. Maybe not a lyrical masterpiece but it’s really fun. I also am nostalgic so back off. It gets a 7.62/10. bye
