Truth be told, I don’t like the studio version of this song very much. Never have. And there’s too much extra stuff on this live version. I would never listen to it. Sorry.

I’m not gonna sit here and lie to you guys. This song is too long. And too thematic. Or cinematic. I don’t know things. I don’t like it.

139. Too Late (Unplugged)

I honestly don’t know what’s going on with this Unplugged EP. They sound so weird. And I like other acoustic performances. I would never listen to this.

138. Gotta Get Out (Unplugged)

I don’t like the regular version of this song. And they sound really bad here. I can’t deal with it. I’m so sorry.

I honestly don't know what’s going on here. I never have. I just go with it. I don’t really like it.

This song grinds a few of my gears tbh. I don’t like the chorus at all. It makes me upset. This song drags. Maybe I’m just a hater.

This song is corny. That’s all I can really say. I don’t ever listen to it.

I really like the studio version of this song. I’ll touch more on it later. The live version of this song just doesn’t do it much justice. The intro is nearly a minute long, and I’m not a patient person. Their vocals are pretty good. Calum made me nervous honestly.

This song is nice. There’s nothing terribly wrong with it. The vocals are just pretty lame.

Not a good live version. Too much going on. I’ll listen to the studio version, thanks.

I think this should’ve been better. It was just not very epic. Crazy that I just used the word epic. That’s funny.

I really don’t like live versions of this song. It’s tragic, honestly. I’m sure it’s good in the moment, but I don’t want to play this version off my phone.

Not terrible, but definitely not a stand-out song by any means. It’s actually not very good. But it’s okay. They tried.

I just think the concept of this song is tired and they’ve done versions of this better. It’s not a special song to me.

It is my opinion that this song should never be played acoustic. It’s not good at all. My deepest apologies, but it’s true. You’re supposed to rock out to this song, and this is just wrong.

This is the best live version for sure. The voices are nice. I don’t know I’m in a weird mood right now. Kinda frantic.

It’s pretty. It’s a love song. It makes me kinda sad honestly. It just never hit with me.

I guess all I can really say is that this song just doesn’t hit for me. It almost does, but it falls flat.

I can’t believe they opened the show with this. That’s wild. I’ve never loved this song, but I don’t like the live version at all.

This is such a lame version of a fabulous song. The “hey”s at the beginning kill the mood. And the chorus sounds bad. I hate it. I’m sorry.

Good Girls is a good song. This live version doesn’t make it any more special. Their vocals are fine. It’s just not important to me.

This song is kind of painful, but I don’t fully hate it. I just hide my eyes when it comes on. It’s a necessary evil.

This song is too repetitive. It’s the only skip on Youngblood I think.

This is a really sweet song. It’s a little boring, so I’m not always in the mood for it, but it’s sweet. I’m just bitter that it’s not about me. Honest to god, that’s why it’s ranked so low. I’m only human.

I feel like I should like this song, but it just doesn’t do it for me. I almost do. It’s so close. I don’t think it’s enticing enough. Maybe someday.

Kinda fun. I get it. I totally understand. Not the best quality, but I appreciate it. I really do.

I really like the opening chords. It seems really familiar. But the actual song isn’t very interesting to me. Kind of a letdown.

Conflicted about this song. Luke sounds very pretty. Upset because jealousy. Kidding. Doesn’t always hit, but it’s good.

By no means do I hate this song. I think it’s a fine song. It just doesn’t feel like a real song. Like no way this exists. There’s just no way.

This is funny because the first time I heard this song I thought it sounded like a Charlie Puth song. I guess I’m just really knowledgeable about all things Puth. He haunts my house.

80. Lie to Me (Julia Michaels)

I don’t mind Julia’s verse. She sounds nice. I don’t really see the point of this version. It’s fine.

This song would’ve been amazing to hear live. I probably would have passed away. Just a guess.

I think someday I will appreciate this song. I really think that’s true. There are parts I really enjoy. But overall, I’m indifferent.

I think I should like this song more than I do. That’s a me problem. I’m owning up to it. I’m working on myself and hopefully I come out of this a better person.

Sometimes remixes suck. This one is pretty good. I can get behind it. Not quite as good as the original, but really close.

This song has grown on me, but it’s still not my favorite single they’ve ever put out. I don’t really like the vocals on the chorus. It sounds too fake.

I like this version because I like to imagine hearing this song live. I think I would levitate.

This started off being one of my favorite tracks off of Youngblood, but now it’s pretty low in rank. I still think it’s a good song. I think the chorus kinda wore on me. I do like how sad it is. That’s pretty awesome.

I love this song. The live version is fine. Like, they sound good. I just don’t like the intro that much. There’s also a lot of extra talking, so why would I ever listen to this?

These Vault songs are kind of iconic. Why do they sound so good? Rude.

Hate the Chainsmokers, but this is a good song. Probably because of not The Chainsmokers.

The harmonies on this track are incredible. This song is silly and fun and you can’t hate it. Except sometimes I do but not really.

47. High

I like how this song is stripped back. It’s a good album closer. It’s very pretty and the lyrics are sweet. I do wish there was a little more to it, but it’s alright.

This song is so catchy. That’s all I really have to say about it. It makes me happy.

This song is so old. It makes me so happy. It’s so simple. Also, vocals are killer. You can’t hate this song.

This has a different sound from a lot of their songs from this time. It’s really fun. And knowing what it’s allegedly about. Oop.

I love the lyrics. Such a good story. Makes me happy. This song also goes so hard. The production goes crazy. Appreciate it.

The vocals are so beautiful. They harmonize so well. That’s the most important takeaway from this song. I also like what it’s about. It’s a very nice song in every way.

There are people who like to hate on this song. And they can literally fight me. This song is fun and high energy. What more can you want?

I like how apologetic this song is. It’s catchy and fun to sing along to.

This was a surprise. I forgot how hard this song goes. It’s really good. I love the concept most of all. It’s a really interesting track.

I didn’t pay this song the respect it deserved when this album came out. But I’m a changed person. This song is killer. Especially the production. That’s what really gets me going.

This song is so important. It’s such a good sad break up song. It’s perfect, actually. That’s what I just decided. “I’m not fine at all.” Are you kidding me? So good.

You guys. I used to straight up skip this song. I hated it. Now it’s ranked so high. It’s so good! Literally so good. The instruments just go crazy. And the final chorus. No. You have to listen to this song.

This song is iconic, and more importantly, the opening line is iconic. It makes the song. It made me like this band. Not lying. This song is truly a gem.

High energy and tons of fun. And very 80s I think. This is a dancing, driving fast, party rock song. You have to appreciate that.

I love how dramatic this song is. And the lyrics are really interesting too. It’s kind of perfect if you think about it.

This song is so sick. It’s such a good song. I can’t emphasize that enough. It’s fast paced and fun. I love it. Justice for Just Saying.

Luke sounds so good. I’m obsessed with this version. Everything about it is perfect. It makes it sound way sadder because it's all stripped back. But it's Luke’s vocals that really take it away.

This song is so good. So so good. The vocals are everything. Even Mrs. Chase agrees. This song builds in such an incredible way. First time I heard this song I passed away.

This is such a nostalgic song. But I think it’s underrated. It’s so good. Kinda cheesy but I don’t care. I’m obsessed. I think everyone should know this song.

7. Jet Black Heart

This song is so top tier. Michael kinda kills it here. It’s very dramatic and just a great song to play loud. It always hits. Always.

You guys. I think this song is so romantic. They sound so young, too. Makes me wanna cry. It’s such a cute song. And everything about it is perfect. I scream this song in the car.

5. I Miss You (Unplugged)

I can’t believe how much I like this. It doesn’t feel real. Especially since I hate the rest of the songs on this EP. But they do this song so well. I even prefer this over the original. Sue me. I think they’re young vocals sound so good and it’s just really pretty and meaningful.

4. Want You Back

I’m literally obsessed with this song. I love the concept, I love the production, I love the vocals. It’s sad, it’s desperate, but it’s also fun and catchy. It should’ve gotten more attention. I know this is pretty basic for my top 5, but it’s really important to me.

3. Story of Another Us

I do not understand how this is a bonus track. This song is so fantastic. It is so unbelievably good. I love the lyrics. And they all sound so good. It’s just so classic. Thank you.

2. She Looks So Perfect

Having this be in my top 5 is pretty basic, I know. I’m perfectly aware. But I don’t care because this song is such a masterpiece. The world changed when this song dropped.

1. The Space Between a Rock and a Hard Place

This song is my favorite. I’m so glad it exists, and I think it’s criminal that it’s a bonus track that nobody knows about. Like why is it hidden? Why is it hard to find? Rude. Offensive, even. The tune is so fantastic and you just have to dance and sing to it.
