Miss Demi has a new album. I haven’t really listened to a full album of hers since her first one but this one seemed important.

Anyone: She is good at singing. The chorus was a lot. Meaningful stuff.

Dancing With The Devil: This was pretty good. I wish the chorus had a different pace. That’s my only note.

ICU (Madison's Lullaby): I like the lyrics. It’s pretty. Think it’s about her sister.

Intro: Really was an intro.

The Art Of Starting Over: This one’s groovy!! I’m a fan.

Lonely People: This sounds like it would be in a coming of age film. It’s pretty basic but it’s fine.

The Way You Don't Look At Me: I had trouble following this song. I might be a little bit dumb.

Melon Cake: The lyrics are really good but I am not here for how the song sounds.

Met Him Last Night: This is pretty fabulous. They sound really good together.

What Other People Say: This is catchy and I think the story is very compelling.

Carefully: This song sounds so much like another I’m gonna freak out. I like how it sounds. But it’s so familiar.

The Kind Of Lover I Am: I really like this one. It’s super chill and I like her vocal effects.

Easy: I think Noah Cyrus has such a pretty voice but I hated this song. It was way too dramatic. And for why? Nope

15 Minutes: This is about her ex. I read that on twitter I think. Good for her.

My Girlfriends Are My Boyfriends: Fun song. Fun concept. It’s forgettable.

California Sober: There is nothing wrong with this song. I think it’s fine. It’s pretty and cute and has a good message.

Mad World: This was a very pretty cover. She sounded really good.

Butterfly: This song wasn’t interesting to me. Felt unnecessary.

Good Place: This is the last song on the standard edition. Makes sense. It’s pretty stripped back and sounds like closure. This song actually makes me feel things. She sounds so genuine here.

Sunset: This is sweet. I kinda like it. It makes me happy.

I think this album could have been shorter. The standard edition was 19 tracks. That’s a lot. And there were a lot of songs with the same message. I get that it’s about starting over. I think that’s very cool of Demi, but I think a few songs could’ve been left off the track list. I’m giving it a 6.37/10. bye
