I heard this album was good. Jack Antonoff helped make it.
Pay Your Way In Pain: This is chaotic and I like it. She’s a mess. It also gives me old fashioned vibes.
Down And Out Downtown: I liked how this builds. At first I didn’t like it. But then I did. Life is crazy.
Daddy’s Home: This one isn’t for me. Interesting that her dad was in prison. It’s a funky song but I just wouldn’t spend time with it.
Live In The Dream: This is crazy. I like it. But it’s so weird. We also have a very long outro. It’s nice though.
The Melting Of The Sun: End of the world vibes. I like it.
Humming (Interlude 1): Ok cute.
The Laughing Man: I wasn’t into this one. Nothing about it made me happy. Let’s just say that.
Down: This song is fun. She’s mad. I love it. This has been my favorite track so far. It was really fun. Yeah.
Humming (Interlude 2): Kinda scary tbh
Somebody Like Me: Her voice is really pretty on this track. It might be the most normal sounding song so far. It’s still weird. I don’t mind it.
My Baby Wants A Baby: I am obsessed with the lyrics. This song is really good. She doesn’t want a baby. I really like her point of view.
...At The Holiday Party: Interesting lyrics. I thought this was a pretty good song overall. I like the part of the pharmacy purse. She’s clever.
Candy Darling: This was a very short song but it was nice.
Humming (Interlude 3): There were some words but I don’t know.
Final Ranking:
My Baby Wants A Baby
Down
The Melting of the Sun
Candy Darling
Down And Out Downtown
Live In The Dream
Pay Your Way In Pain
...At The Holiday Party
Somebody Like Me
Daddy’s Home
The Laughing Man
Humming (Interlude 3)
Humming (Interlude 1)
Humming (Interlude 2)
This album was weird. I think she had very interesting lyrics and I liked the aesthetic, but most of these songs I will never play again because they were weird. It gets a 5.73/10. bye
